What shipping methods are available? HealthRAD Online can deliver or courier the products to you. The User will also have the option to collect the products at HealthRad’s head office.

Delivery within greater Pretoria area or courier. Should there be installation requirements, costs will be discussed.
What is Payfast?
PayFast enables South African businesses of all sizes to accept payments online. Payfast enables easy, secure and instant transfer of money from online buyers to sellers. When a buyer clicks to pay, they get to choose their preferred payment method and securely completes the transaction on PayFast’s servers. Customers automatically redirected to the PayFast page: Here you can click on the different icons to make payments via: VISA (cheque or debit) card Instant EFT Master card Zapper. These are independent payment methods and not via HealthRAD Online. You will be directed to the PayFast page.
EFT OPTION:
Registered clients may pay with Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) into HealthRAD’s bank account. Please contact us for our bank details or view them here: Banking Details. Customer reference: Please indicate clearly on the payment or the EFT your Order No. or Invoice No. Proof of Payment: Customers are requested to either email with reference number and their own details clearly stated to to us at: accounts@healthradonline.com
How do I place an Order?
You can browse the products and add them to your cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Only HealtRAD Online clients that are registered can place an order

How can I cancel or change my order?
Should you wish to cancel or amend an order kindly contact HealthRad with your order number. A 5% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the user’s account via EFT.
Alternatively, you can email us at orders@healthradonline.com.
What about delivery costs?
No delivery costs for HealthRad clients who have a maintenance contract.
